Another Cake Smash and splash session. I have had a really busy July and I've absolutely loved it!

Cake Smash set's are turning into a big thing for me. I never realised I would love creating the sets as much as I do. I've always been a crafty person throughout my life and over the years I have learnt so many fun creative things, all of which are coming in handy now. #photoshootset #jungletheme #one #junglecakesmash
Creating one of my Cake smash sets is great fun. I firstly calibrate with the parents to get an idea of what they have in mind, their favourite colours, themes, outfits and more. Creating new ideas or sets is so enjoyable, so please if you want me to create something new, just give me a shout.
This is little Ari and I loved his session. I photographed Ari for his newborn session last year, I can't believe how quickly it has come round. I still love his newborn photos and so does his lovely parents.

I love that he is standing strong on his feet here, with the biggest smile on his face. Every baby is different and it's never a competition of who can crawl, stand or walk first. Some babies don't crawl until they are one or older, and others don't crawl at all. #cutebabyboy No matter what age we are, we all get to where we need to go, at our own pace.
When Ari arrived the morning of the session mum was rather stressed, as they typically had a grumpy morning out of the normal routine.
I put mum at ease on arrival and she became more relaxed. Ari on the other hand was a little sensitive from his routine Jabs booked a few days before. He wasn't a fan of his cake at first, even though it looked stunning. With a little bit of encouraging with some singing and dancing, Ari was a happy chap.
He loved the Cake! #junglecake
He then continued to be a star and enjoyed the Splash session after just a much. Splashing and clapping in the bubbles. In my opinion a baby's laugh is one of the best sounds!
What beautiful wall art to have. In the nursery or anywhere in home. No matter how much they grow we love all the stages.
